Welll...I didn't steal ice powers from other person or Disney's Frozen.
I'm Going to tell the story...
I was 11-12 Years old i started to draw powerpuff girls. one day i was bored. i was drawing only blossom bubbles and buttercup. I thought myself in ppg form. I wanted to draw myself in ppg form. I drew myself. I add Ice, electric and fire powers. So i didn't steal them. I thought ice, electric and fire powers.
